Training
We view training as one of the most important factors in putting together a high quality entertainment programme. The very best Production Shows and Game shows will not succeed unless they are performed at the very highest levels and our training is designed to make all performers achieve these levels.
Rehearsals for Production Shows are highly intensive and are run by Directors, Choreographers and Vocal Coaches. The performers are sent materials such as sample tracks and scripts in advance to speed up the process.
When working with multiple groups, we also utilise Resident Directors and Choreographers who take responsibility for individual teams through rehearsals and then into each venue.
Training for Light Entertainment
Training for Light Entertainment is run by trainers who are highly experienced in the field.
We use a wide combination of TV Presenters, Cruise Directors and Entertainment Managers who have been involved in live entertainment for many years.
Our choice of trainers very much depends on the specific needs of clients and their trainees. Areas covered on a training course include Microphone Technique, effective Public Relations, understanding Production Value, creating an effective 2 week programme and delivery a format.
Children’s Entertainment
Entertainment provided for children must be constantly evolving to reflect ever-changing trends and fashions. Our philosophy stems from a belief that children are ‘small adults’ and that they deserve to be treated to all the integrity and quality that would be incorporated within their parents’ entertainment.
Therefore, in creating new and exciting forms of entertainment for children, our creative team works in close consultation with experienced children’s club co-ordinators in order to target our material precisely.
Management Training
Management Training has become a rapidly increasing area of our business over the past few years.
Combining our Corporate Training experience with our in-depth knowledge of entertainment has allowed us to develop very specific training methods targeted and Entertainment Managers.
We have found that the quality of entertainment is highly dependent on the quality of manager that oversees it. Therefore, we believe that management training is a fundamental part of ensuring a high standard of entertainment.

Shows incorporate current themes and music whilst activities are designed to be fun, challenging and cutting edge. It’s their holiday too… and they should be allowed to do what they enjoy!
